TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts entered into by Rox Laroux (“Rox Laroux”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing your order with us you are  accepting these Terms and Conditions. Where you do not accept these  Terms and Conditions in full, you do not have permission to access the contents of this website and should cease using it immediately.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage  in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and  conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms & Conditions”). These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers,  vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or  using this website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree  to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all  the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

CONTRACT

No contract will exist between you and Rox Laroux for the sale of any product unless and until  Rox Laroux has accepted your order with a confirmation email and a full payment is taken from your credit/ debit card or via Paypal. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally  binding contract between us. Only adults (persons aged 18 and over) are  entitled to enter into legally binding contracts.

Rox Laroux reserves the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain  authorization for payment, if shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, if the item ordered does not meet our quality control standards and is withdrawn, out of stock or if there is an error in pricing or content. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses arising from not accepting your order and we shall have no liability to you, by way of compensation,  other than to refund the amount paid for the goods in question.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Rox Laroux will be completed when the goods have been dispatched.

To cancel your contract you must notify us of your decision by email using the subject heading  ‘Cancellation’ and supplying your order number and address before the goods have been dispatched.

STORE EXCHANGE POLICY.  NO REFUNDS.

We are glad to provide an exchange or store credit for any full price, unworn, undamaged merchandise within 5 days of receipt of your online order. All items that are returned for an exchange must have their original brand packaging.  No refunds. Send the exchange request to info@roxlaroux.com within 5 days of receipt of the item.  The unwanted merchandise must be shipped with tracking information. All sale items are final sale after 5 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.  Rox Laroux is not responsible for exchange shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases. If you purchase an item that is on sale, that is the final sale (no exchanges).  

We hold the right to deny exchanges or store credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Any further inquiries should be directed to info@roxlaroux.com.

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping by using one of the following  third-party couriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL.  

Your exchange will be processed as soon as possible but allow up to 7 working days for your new order to be processed. We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately two to three weeks from the order date. For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Rox Laroux is not responsible for payment of this duty.  

CORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION

Please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information.  It is important to use correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) . We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is not entered correctly at the time of purchase.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Please contact your carrier or local post office to see if they are in possession of your package if you have not received it but your tracking number shows it as delivered.  If you still can't find your package and it has been over 24 hours since the 'delivered' status, use your tracking number and submit a service request to your carrier or local Post Office.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

Rox Laroux  does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue credits and refunds for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. Email us at info@roxlaroux.com, within 48 hours of the reported ''delivery', to let us know that you are contacting your carrier or local post office due to non-receipt of your package.  Please keep in mind that, on occasion, packages are marked as delivered but ends up being delivered within 24 hours.  

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The entire content of this website,  including all jewelry designs, photographs, logo, copyright,  trademarks and other intellectual property rights it contains, including the use of the name Rox Laroux is the sole property of Rox Laroux You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organization to material posted on our site. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate,  distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or  copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this website  nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise. By using this service, you agree that you will  not attempt to undermine the integrity of this website.

We reserve the right, at our sole  discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms &  Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your  responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your  continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the  posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance  of those changes.

AGREEMENT

These terms and conditions set out the entire agreement between you and Rox Laroux in respect of the sale, purchase and use of the goods. They supersede any previous agreement or understanding in relation to the subject matter hereof. No variation of these terms and conditions are binding on us unless agreed by us in writing.
